HEALTHY BREAKFAST RECIPES FOR A SUCCESSFUL DAY

A healthy breakfast gives you energy for the whole day, it feeds your brain and it helps you make the right food choices at lunch or at dinner. It really is the most important meal of the day!
Unfortunately, many of you skip breakfast because you prefer to sleep more or you hope that this way you will lose weight. Actually, a healthy breakfastgives you more energy than 15 minutes of sleep and it really helps you lose weight faster.
